Food absolutely amazing but knocked a star off as this is the second time I've ordered & got a children's box & it hasn't had a toy in it!! At £4.50 for chicken nuggets, chips , a juice & a toy is expensive & when there's no toy yet again I'm not happy! I could of gone to McDonald's for a happy meal for less than half the cost but didn't & chose martinis , supporting a local business!! Might be viewed as a small error but not twice!! It's important to a child my granddaughter so it's important to me! Come on martinis do better!

The fish was made with too much oil and oil was old. We ordered fish and chips, menu says it contains coleslaw but we didn't get it.

Food was swimming in grease. Pizza was greasy, fish was greasy and the chicken fillets were nuggets!

Worst chippie i've had in years! Chipd dry and tasted odd, onion rings burnt, chip roll was just a roll not even cut or buttered! And it was like roll had been frozen as was cold in the middle. S&V was bearly detectable Def will not use again

Excellent quality haddock and outstanding portion size in an era where it’s so easy to cut corners! Batter perfect 10/10

Two pizzas - one was burnt on the bottom and crispy on top, the other was over cooked 2 portions of chicken bites - both over cooked an hard, chicken had no moisture at all Steak pie supper - steak pie was cremated and inedible Sausage supper - find Single fish - over cooked and dried out

I’m guessing the team missed my online order be cooked it very quickly when I arrived at the collection time. I ended up with a completely undercooked soggy pizza. It was impossible to pick up a slice or any part of the pizza because it was so undercooked and floppy.

Batter on fish was very soggy not crispy and undercooked chips

Ordered two pizzas and garlic bread . No taste at all in any of the pizzas ,bland . Garlic bread just rated of dough no taste of any garlic

We were two portions of chips short in our order, given single fish instead of suppers.You need to take more care in future.

Our jumbo sausage meals were not adequate this time, we do regularly buy from heat and it was always a good place but tonight the sausage was very soft and mushy
